That's right....

I went running this morning. Before Dave left for work. Before Avery got up. It was awesome. The cool, crisp air, the super bright morning sun....soooo good. Then I got a starbucks and hung out on my front porch while Avery crawled around the yard trying to eat pine needles and rocks (don't worry, I didn't let her). It's been a good morning....I hope I am motivated to do this more often.
