The more the merrier....
Well, I'm slowly getting into a 2009 groove. Erin and the kids decided to stay in Colorado after the big Mountain House week, because Don had some trips and Iowa winters suck and they've got a pretty cool sister-in-law/aunt to hang with. So Avery and I have been trying to make daily trips up to see them all....which has been super fun, it just makes me feel less productive because I'm pretending to be on vacation still. Which means that (sigh) my Christmas decor is still up....I know, it's horrible. They leave on Saturday, which is mildly depressing because we certainly have gotten used to them "living" here. Avery asks for Ally every morning and it will just be sad to see them make the trek back to the fiercely cold state of Iowa. Oh and this baby is due in 2 months.....

That's ok if you still have your Christmas decor up. I still have some Christmas decor on the fireplace mantel, the rest is packed up & piled up in the hallway downstairs just waiting for Jon or I to actually push it back into the crawl space. It's been sitting in the hallway since January 1st. Then I look at the bedroom downstairs which is the guest bedroom but really it's just a "throw it in that room" space, so needless to say I have a lot of stuff that needs to go into the crawl space. Procrastination at its finest.
