It's friday night and Dave and a lot of our good friends are at the annual Wine Festival at the Broadmoor. We've gone every year for like 3 or 4 years and always have a blast. I decided not to go this year, cuz......
a. It's super expensive and it's hard to justify paying for my ticket when I really can't do much wine tasting.
b. I'm big and uncomfortable and thought it might be hard to enjoy walking around for 3 hours....
But, I'm kind of second guessing my decision because I can just imagine all the fun they are having......ah well.
Though i'm not attending wine festivals right now, i am attending b-day partys and let me tell you....Justus Fike can throw a mean b-day party. last week he turned 4 and in honor of this little man and his little life, his parents rented a room at Pump It Up where there are tons of inflatable things to jump in, play on, ect. Avery loved every last jumping minute of it...
The b-day boy gives ave's a ride....
Only pic of Fike and J and Dave and A that was decent....
Daddy and avery on the BIG slide
pretty sure this was baby lucy's first ever b-day party. Ashton and Lucy are bound to be great friends. Heidi and Ellen are glad to be observing all of the crazy jumping. (ellen can't get enough of newborns, it's her fav "baby" stage.....yea, she'll be coming over to my house a lot over the next couple months )
avery on some jump thing... :)

So sorry I couldn't come over last night friend...I would have loved to keep you company!
Looks like Pump It Up was fun - that place is seriously so cool.
Did Heidi tell you that I saw her this week? Baby Lucy is absolutely precious! I can't wait til little Ashton is here and I can come over and hold her for hours.
love you!
Thank you again for watching Bree on Friday night. I know we are totally lame for not staying out later than you expected! But it was good to talk to you for a bit when I came over to pick up Bree. Yeh, you would've been tired if you had gone to the Wine tasting thing-a-ma-jig...there's always next year....and there are many wine tasting parties in between. :)
