So, Tosha, Laura and Ellen threw a Mother/Daughter tea to celebrate Ashton's life on Saturday. It was incredibly special because there were several "performances" by the girls and even some with their mom's. I felt so loved by these ladies and their beautiful daughters. I can't believe that I have two daughters of my own :)
Tosha sang the song she wrote for Anastasha....her firstborn.
The McCoys, did a mother/daughter rendition of "heart and soul"
Maddie Schwarz played "Jesus loves Me" on the violin
Patti and Kellyn sang "Hold to Jesus" and had us all in tears....
And these 4 beautiful girls did a dance to "I hope you Dance"
It was kind of cruel of them to do this to me right after giving birth....I was kind of a mess. I mean, as if the whole "mother/daughter" thing isn't enough, these girls are all so precious to me, so close to my heart, a lot of them have been in my God's Girls class and I've known most of them since before they were in kindergarten. I never want to forget that morning....it was so elegant, so beautiful, so full of life and emotion.
And here is the beautiful table with all of the beautiful, yummy food.....
And these were from friday when Ashton got to meet the Williams crew.....
Love this pic....Anastasha and Christianna are such close sisters. I hope and pray that Avery and Ashton will grow up and have a special relationship like they do.
Joshua and Journey with Ashton....look at that cheesy grin
Anastasha keeping these two entertained....she's going to be the best children's pastor
