although I am completely enamored with my eldest daughter, today was one of the roughest we've had in a long time. it's like her little body instinctively knew that she turned two today and decided to act accordingly.
ah well.
so much love in my heart for this crazy toddler.
-she's super tough. is hardly phased by a thing.
-she's funny and she thinks she's funny. she'll do something and then say "funny Avery"
-her newest thing is to point at just about everything in the room and say "what is dis" after you tell her what it is, she'll follow with "oh my dosh" (yea, not super thrilled with that one, but it is pretty hilarious)
-"hold you" wanting to be held
-"maacah, maacah, maacah" Asking for Micah Fowler :)
-she loves to hide....actually she loves to tell you where to hide and then she'll come "find" you
-most recent greatest memory....we were walking by a soccer game when i hear her yell from the stroller "want play soccer too momma" ah yes little girl, you can play soccer too :)

went to the new mcdonalds on powers for a happy meal and play time
Mommy loves you little girl and is praying for some serious strength, patience and grace to get me through this next year.

Happy Birthday Ms. Avery! I was totally laughing reading your post. There is a new McDonald's on Powers? Does it have a PlayPlace? I'm not that crazy about the N.Academy/Flintridge one. I like the Rockrimmon one and I guess we are going to have to try out the Powers one! See you on Sunday!
Happy Birthday Sweet Aves...we love you! I'm so sorry we couldn't come see her yesterday....the day just got away from me. Can't wait to celebrate later!
