we took a blanket and a stack of books outside
"won't you come and sit with me and share a pot of tiny tea"
"chicka, chicka, boom, boom"
"stomp your feet and clap your hands, everybody ready for a barnyard dance"
we saw TONS of airplanes and our friendly fox laid in the grass by us for a bit. (we don't like him one bit....sorry fox)
and after we were done with books, i laid down on the blanket with the sun blaring in my eyes while avery giggled and crawled and climbed all over me....so sweet.
so excited and thankful that i have been carving out time for moments like these.
praying that i will continue to do so.

I'm glad you are finding time to spend at home. It's important. It's soooo easy to overbook ourselves, especially in the summer time. HOME is good.
