that was BIZARRE

tonight was the first wednesday night service of the fall semester and the volunteer appreciation get together.

first wednesday night NOT on staff

first volunteer appreciation attending as a VOLUNTEER

last year i interviewed kids about VBB.

last year i made a video thanking the volunteers.

last year i spoke to the volunteers and prayed over them.


this year, i well, i uh came and ate dessert and drank my coffee and watched a great video that Laura S made and was encouraged and prayed over. (ellen totally rocked it....she had me tearing up and EVERYTHING)

processing it all and feeling just a tad bizarre about the whole experience.

I am ultra-confident that i made the right decision. but it still hits me sometimes.
