monday morning

we had so much fun making our fall cookies (pumpkins and leaves)

i couldn't believe how helpful she actually was during the cookie making process.

she stood up here and frosted pretty much all of those cookies.....


they turned into blobs in the oven....and then we turned them into orange and brown blobs...

and even though they may look like orange and brown blobs....let me assure you,

they are, in fact, orange pumpkins and brown leaves.


this was the best part of my day. i handed her a cookie after lunch and she picked it up and then looked at me and said proudly "i made this"...

yes you did, aves, you made it :)


that was WAY better than counting and colors....
