we got to see and pet SO many animals
we got there right as a bunch of the animals were being judged. it was cool to see these young kids "showing" the animal that they had raised.
we were almost trampled by a "gone wild" cow. i'm not kidding. we were petting one of the cows and all of a sudden one of them got away from his owner and ran within a foot or two of us. THAT could have been SO bad.
that's kirschten, jason huntley's wife. she's awesome. SO down to earth. SO much fun. SO adorable.
that's elianna orsillo. such a beautiful girl with a great spirit
we ran these kiddos ragged for those handful of days. they were trying to catch some z's anywhere they could :)
oh, and here's our pony, sparkle.....
after the fair and naps, we went to the huntleys for an awesome dinner. they had a babysitter there who fed the kids, gave them baths (she even french braided avery's hair) and brought them down to say good night to us. WOW....
then we stayed up late chatting and drinking wine of course...
we got the girls up and brought them back to spend one more night in our hotel room
(i LOVED staying in a hotel there.....the girls slept great....i used their workout room in the mornings and then brought dave coffee up to the room....i napped while the girls napped....there was wireless internet....we had a KING size bed....i really didn't think that staying in a room with the girls would be much fun....but it WAS)
