everyone should have a neighbor like kim.
a couple weeks ago she suggested that we get together to CAN and that is exactly what we did today. kim was ultra prepared (i'll i really did was bring over lots of tomatoes)

My canning was a little more "makeshift" than that. But, it worked!!
Well I had lots o'fun! So...when is that salsa going to be ready? You can borrow the pressure canner & supplies anytime! Seriously. Let's get some use out of it. TTYL.
