we were about to do our advent calendar and i had to run upstairs to grab the bible, i told her to wait for me. on my way back down i was SURE that she was going to already have the box and candy opened....but this is what i found. made my heart melt :)
and she turned 8 months old in myrtle beach. i have GOT to take her pictures before she turns 9 months. she's been getting stuck under the couches. no crawling yet, but lots of scooting and rocking.
we went to the first christmas party of the season and i tried to curl avery's hair for the first time. it was super cute and she looked so old, but by the time we got there, they had almost all fallen out.
we got our tree yesterday
and decorated it today
there are two ornaments chillin with some super glue on the kitchen counter :)
but she did GREAT
and she loved the ribbon
"and when they saw the star, they rejoiced with GREAT JOY"
oh christmas, how i love you.
what a full, beautiful, mysterious time of year.
