but we packed some serious fun into this weekend so we would hardly notice his absence.
we started things off by having danielle over. it was super fun.
me, dan, coffee, three newborns, three toddlers.
wish i had pictures of that. love you so, so much dan.
and then much of friday and saturday was spent having lots of cuddle time with grandma
and grandpa
fire + polar express + hot chocolate right when the kids get it on the train
and mom and dad watched the girls for me so i could go out with these crazy ladies.
laura was taking video with her iphone. apparently she's going to make a killer video with some new mac progam of our evening togther.
ellen and i are confused by all of her explaining of her new mac program.
some friendly lady took our picture next to the mini pumpkin patch by B. J. 's....yes we went there again. i love that place.
um, they are a pefect blend of peer and mentor. i am blessed.
ian had three dates last night. what a man.
love this boy.
i really have the two most wonderful friends in the whole world. i DO NOT deserve them. we were reminiscing last night about when i had newborn avery and how psycho i was back then.
and while we were out, my mom texted and said ash had a fever. bummer. she just can't catch a break these last few weeks. so, of course we couldn't go to church and garrett and elaina led worship. bummer.
but things are looking up. no fever yet today and dave gets home in like 2 hours.
can't wait to hug him.
