family walks are a summer evening fave.
this time we had a mission: go pick up the van from hellems (bob hellum is an amazing, hard working, honest car mechanic).
it's about a 30 minute walk from our house and along the way, there is a funny little carpet/flooring store that also sells ice cream.
mint chocolate chip was avery's pick tonight. ash tends to go with big sisters choice.
the girls climbed on a rock and avery was hugging on ash and i was snapping pictures of their cute sisterly moment.
and then in this picture avery is holding her bottom and telling me she has to poop.
right.
so we high tail it to hellems, get the van, and drive home just in time. way to go aves.

I had no idea there was ice cream near by there, though!
Yes, the ice cream place with the huge carpet floor store sign still up! Used to be a hair salon about 6-7 years ago, had my hair done there once, didn't go back.
Still need to stop by and try the ice cream! And where is Hellum's? Never heard of it! Is it on Fillmore?
What was wrong with your van? You just bought it!
