getting our money's worth

all the kids are loving the zoo this spring.  thanks to mom and dad for getting us a zoo membership every year for ashton's birthday, we get to take full advantage and hit up cheyenne moutain zoo whenever we want!

avery spent a lot of her time finding where we were on the map.  this is hilarious because it reminds me SO much of my big brother matt!  (speaking of matt, him and his beautiful wife will be here next week!!)





the orangutan show was a big hit.


this guy was giving us his own little show.


she's the sweetest thing, never complains a bit about the smell, just walks around like this half of our time there.  funny girl. :)

avery was fascinated with the komodo dragon on this trip.  she watched him for a long time.
