we did make it to the zoo to celebrate our sweet neighbor bree's two year old birthday.
and it was HOT. really HOT. did you know that the wierd green hose thing in The Big Backyard actually sprays water? it was super refreshing and avery got soaked.
and have you ever had the tomato, bacon, and avocado pizza at Poor Richards? amazing, and they have this play area in the back for kiddos.

thanks for coming with us to the zoo! we enjoyed you, aves & ashtons company. great pics of the 2 girls. i will try to get some up tonight that i took. oh, yeh poor richards is cool, but is it just me or does the play area feel dirty like it has never been cleaned? still fun tho & their pizza & salads are pretty darn good.
