from forgotten God

when we are at our wits' end for an answer, then the Holy Spirit can give us an answer. But how can he give us an answer when we are still well supplied with all sorts of answers of our own?

-Karl Barth

it's a strange place to be, this wanting to be at my wits' end so i can hear Him more clearly, while simaltaneously not wanting to be at my wits' end at all.

I'm in one of those situations that I am eagerly seeking an answer.....knowing that God is the only one that can provide an answer is comforting but at the same time goes against my human desire to fix it and find an answer myself.
