avery's eighth birthday

we had a cousin sleepover the night before avery's birthday. 

so fun to wake up to a house full of cousins!

it was cold enough for coats and a hot chocolate warm up on avery's may birthday.

we baked the cakes on her birthday for her party the next day. 

i always bake and freeze the cakes the night before the party and then decorate the day of. 

we had a few hours just the two of us before her party.

she was so cute helping me decorate and making bags for all of her party guests.
