a muddy little ashton

sometimes i let the girls play outside by themselves while i do the dishes or throw a load of laundry in (i know...gasp)

on one such morning i came out to check on them and here is what i found



yes, there she is, my baby, playing in day old rain/mud water




and having the time of her life i might add :)


our monday morning preschool landed us outside for a "letter hunt"






she loved it. hunts are just plain cool for kids.


and then we tried to spell her name
